with dd1 i had a condition called srm (spontanious ruptured membraines) from 24 weeks, i had to go into hospital and she was on an antibiotic drip when she was born for three days.
it sounds a bit minging but is it sticky or slippery, if so call your midwife and she will be able to test it. if your membranes have ruptured for more than 24 hrs they like to give the baby antibiotics (this is nine year old medical advice and things have changed alot since)
i would get it checked out anyway hun, if for nothing more than piece of mind.
well i am off for my scan in a few mins, i am absoloutley petrified for understandable reasons, last time i went for a scan they found a baby with no arms or legs and no heartbeat, i have had a check today to make sure there is a heartnbeat and there is but i am still pooping my pants, and i need a peeee !!!!!! technology still needs you to have a full bladder.
i supose my biggest fear is i am not as far on as i think and am the size of a house for nothing, anyway sorry for ranting i best go and get ready in a sec, the hospitals only ten mins away but i am hoping if i go in early they will see me early because dh needs to collect the kids at three but he really wants to be there for the scan and then leave so i can see the illusive (and verry sexy) doctor martin..0 -
thats srm not sm, my r dosent work properly and i have to keep checking it0

Jenjade we must be living the same life, I'm tempted to go for a nap now, but Jr has just woken up I think and is kicking hell out of my insides, plus my left arm is numb from my flu jab this morning so not sure if I could lay on my left side yet.
I was so tired for the first 8/9 weeks, and it eased off, now it's back with a vengeance.
To nap or not to nap that is the question! The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
