LOL. Hmm, somehow, i get the feeling that if its taken an extra 10 days to get this far, i may well end up on weds anyway, just maybe a little less intervention than they thought. Plus side, the living room is looking pretty tidy and the freezer now has 12 containers of food ready that werent there this morning.

Re: cat nets, i have one for the car seat, and one for the crib- i'm not sure they will prevent our two troubles jumping in, as the nets tend to just collapse under the weight, but they may put off a mildly enquisitive puss!

Good luck Kira and Aimless. Was thinking that we hadn't seen you for a day or so Aimless, and hoping you were getting cuddles. Hopefully it won't be long for any of us boldies. I'm still not getting any symptoms though :(

DH said that a woman at work asked him how we were doing today and then started to talk to him about plugs. Don't think he knew what to say really!

Someone at work told me that once you have children you have to get used to not being able to go to the toilet by yourself, and I laughed because that particular cat will usually follow me if he can. Doesn't usually get into my lap though, just sits at my feet waiting for strokes. He's just tried to climb into my lap now, trod on bump and the laptop in the process, and now baby is kicking me in protest even though I got him straight off.

Yes, I went back and double checked my order :( :rotfl: I'm bad for ordering Golden Delicious when I actually wanted Granny Smith, so I thought oh probably me, but it definitely said 1kg of loose carrots - 80p on my order and I got 1 carrot for 11p.

Had to go to Tesco for a few bits anyway, so just got them there. We've spent £110 on groceries today, which is ALOT for us, but hopefully we're totally stocked up, got 4 boxes of unopened cereal :rotfl: and loads of teabags and biscuits for any visitors we get. Loads of meat ready for batch cooking, which I was going to start, but to be honest the walk to Tesco and back has killed me, my whole body aches. My poor OH just carried back... 6 cartons of fresh juice, 2 bottles of bleach, 2 large bottles of double concentrate Robinsons, 2 bottles of fairy liquid, 2 42 washes of Comfort Fabric Softner and some other stuff, God love him. He's not even moaning about it, but I think his arms are about to fall off.

Oooh heads up for anyone with vouchers, the Comfort Pure 42 wash fabric conditioner is down to £1.65 in Tesco at the moment. Ideal for baby stuff and so cheap. I bought 2, planning on sending OH back for a few more, to go with all my cheap Fairy washing powder.

Edit - Exciting times for Kira & Aimless, keeping my fingers crossed for you both! xx

Zantac Mozzy, I recommended it to Jenjade who had the worst heartburn ever I think. Most supermarkets etc do there own make of it, but I think Zantac is the best. It's not cheap though but I find it a lot better than Rennies etc.
