I certainly did read the small print and I certainly didn't get such a date advised.

Not even small print Rupert Bear
Across the letter I received it says
"Launch your account for online servicing on Wednesday 9th November 2011"
"Of course if you need to access your account before this date, you can launch your account at any time from 7th"
Not that it matters to me as I won't be using it0 -
Had we not agreed that the stipulation was for those who didn't already have a log in for a pre-existing card?0

Both of my ex-egg accounts were showing on my existing Barclaycard login (with balances and transactions) last night, even before the cutoff, but my OH's weren't.
I expect it will all work out eventually! We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

Can anyone please tell me where I can see the cashback?0

Cashback earned is displayed on my initial page after logging in, bottom right corner, under 'Your rewards'.0

In the letter that I received from BC, it says that they've "allocated (me) a preferred time to launch mybarclaycard", not that I couldn't access the account before then. I'm not going to try until the date set because if my account is not there I'll only get stressed about it!LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

So today I thought I'd try to get my head around this change, I have both the Egg Visa and Mastercards. First I get the dreadded Indian call centres, which I nearly hung up on until was eventually given a new login to MyBarclaycard. Then it says that I failed to pay the minimum on the one card showing despite haing paid it! Then I get an error when trying to look further, not a good start with Barclaycard. A shame Egg was good for me!
I'll keep the Mastercard I guess due to the cashback, but is there any benefit to keeping the Visa card also?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
