Have I ever said I should listen to my husband more?? I Doubt it, he normally talks rubbish. Anyway today he swapped his day off from tomorrow to today as I felt so ill and he took me doctors, turns out I have an ear infection, sinus infection and chest infection so a nice course of antibiotics and should start to feel good again! I was OK with the chest infection thats starting to clear up and the sinus tablets were easing my faceache but the earache OUCH.Electric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100

You poor thing, lets hope the antibiotics kick it all into touch pretty soon. Sounds like you caught my bug, oops I really should not have sneezed over you last week.
Get better soon. Lots of love and hugs

I havent updated as I have done nothing, I have sat in the same spot for a week! Well I have 1 antibiotic left and they havent fully worked, my sinus infection seems better although not 100% but my ear is still really painful and if I move too much I end up sick and dizzy. I will go back docs on wednesday when DD1 is at nursery.
I went to bed on friday at 10pm my husband woke me up at 11am the following day I think I could have slept all day lol
The traffic outside our house had been really bad its T4 on the beach today and we live on the main road into weston I may try and get DS some tickets next year he could cycle there in 10 minutes.
Some good news today we have hopefully sold the car only £200 but bearing in mind it has no M.O.T or tax I'm happy, if we could afford to M.O.T it we could probably get £700 but thats life I guess and after my nephew messing me around I will be just glad to get rid.
Hope everyone is well will catch up on diarys soon xElectric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100 -
Good news on the car and like you say it's £200! If you had put it through the MOT and paid for tax before selling you may have got £700 but profit from spending on it probably wouldn't have been much different!
Bad news about the infection thoughI had my ear infection for ages and felt so dizzy with it, was awful. Now i know how the kids feel when they get one lol, will def be much nicer next time they get one, i didn't realise how painful an ear infection could possibly be  Sending you lots of get well vibes and hope to see you back on here soon back to full health

I'm still here , still feeling ill but much better than before although I have a feeling these second antibiotics are not working either!
Its DS's birthday today he is 12 :bdaycake:, he wants a sleep over for his birthday but for the next 3 weeks he has friends partys to go to so he will have his sleep over in 3 or 4 weeks. He is going paintballing tomorrow and today i'm taking the kids to an animal adventure park in Brean thanks to a grabbit its only going to cost £3 for all of us its normally £6.50 each! Best dig out the raincoats and the raincover for the pram!
We are totally skint and have £5 left till tuesday DH is hoping and praying he will get £10 from the person he takes to work. I am having to borrow some money off DS for tomorrow and for baby milk. I wish when parents book partys for their children it wasnt at the expense of attendees! The party only provides 100 paint balls and a further 100 on the last game we have to buy in between at £10 per 100. I will have to find out how many games they are playing but i'm not stumping up more than £10I will probably come accross as tight but we just dont have the same never ending stream of money that his friends parents seem to have

Happy birthday to DS _party_
It is annoying when other people seem to be doing so much better than us isn't it. However, just remember how many of us are really just trying to keep up appearances! Maybe its the same for them and by you saying no to more than £10 will give others the opportunity to do the same
Have a good day Gx2 xTargets

Hi Happy,
Sorry I haven't post on your diary for what seems months.
Happy birthday to your DS. Sorry to hear that you're still feeling ill.
It would be great if the weather picked up a bit. It really doesn't feel like summer. It was this temperature on Christmas Day which is 13 degrees.

The adventure farm I took the kids to yesterday was fun, DD1 spent alot of her time jumping in mud puddles and bahhing at the sheep. DD1 thought the slide was brilliant mainly because she flew down it and landed it a huge muddy puddle I hope the mud comes out of her clothes I have just finished washing it but havent checked yet
I have sat down today and done a budget, I thought we were £200 down then after reading Grannys diary I realised DHs car tax is due  so we are £270 down. I dont know whether to start panicking now or later
I have a few things i'm going to try
1. Get DD1 dry night times - save £10 Nappies
2. Try DD2 on the Aptamil follow on milk - Save £20 (shes ill with normal milk.
3. Panic :rotfl:
The reason we are so out on the budget is due to DS's birthday party adding to the shopping, his friends party today another next week and we have a wedding on 1st August and of course car tax which I forgot to budget for. I could save on the wedding as I have budgeted £20 cash as a present but if I can find something nice half the price I will buy it instead, the wedding is 100 miles away so petrol will be an expense but its where my house is so we will be staying there. I dont begrudge DS going to his friends birthdays if anyone remembers the problems with bullying (older kids not a nice secondary school) before I moved him into this new school its nice to see him so popular and happy BUT why cant kids be happy for £1 in a card like we were as kids :rotfl:or like granny a lump of coal :rotfl::rotfl:Electric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100
