You have a busy 12 months saving for your sons wedding and going to Oz and your still getting your debt down!
Do you have a diary?
HBS
Yes I do my lovely, I can be found most nights hovering around here at Return to solvency
Be nice to see you there sometime
Hope DDs are ok now and hope you get some joy from Graco, that really shouldn't be able to happen.
My DGD2 launched herself off my lap the other day and face planted the floor. Luckily she was fine after a sob but it took me ages to get over it. Today she was playing with her dad and he knocked her over by mistake and she hurt her mouth. OMG I've never seen so much bl00d come out of such a little thing. She was ok after and tried to stick cotton wool in my mouth to make it feel better, funny little girl that she is.

Oh dear, I'd have told him where to go I'm afraid. If he can earn so much then he can afford to pay for his own trip, whereas you and DD can't. There decision made - bl00dy men and their tempers x

Im fairly lucky with my OH he is easily persuaded to come around to my way of thinking :rotfl:its best when he thinks it his idea but in reality me and the kids have been drip feeding him :T. He is even more responsible with money as he wants a new car which he thinks would be daft to put on credit when he could save!! 6 months ago he was spending our rent money on rubbish now hes putting money into savings.
I have been to trading standards regarding the highchair and they will take forward, they mentioned compensation which I wasn't interested in however after speaking with graco and tesco I am changing my mind! Normally tesco can use your clubcard as proof of purchase and have done in the past however as its a child safety issue they wont help with proof of purchase. I only wanted a replacement of the same value but different chair!:mad:
DD1 is still poorly but she has very kindly shared her bugs with me and DD2, OH is feeling ill as well but as I pointed out to him when he got in from work, did tea and the housework I'm worse :rotfl::rotfl:Electric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100 -
Get well soon HBS.
It would be so much easier if OH admitted im always right instead of fighting it:rotfl:MAKE £2022 in 2022 no 29 £2022/£434.10

Yes, I have one of those Ostrich Husbands too, that is until Granny really does throw her toys out of the pram and then he's all contrite admitting how right I was all along and how terrible he is. :rotfl:
However, usually for major matters I can drip feed an idea so in the end he convinces himself it was his idea all along and such a good plan. :rotfl: Like putty in my hands then

I'd consider the compensation as it shouldn't happen and she could have been really badly hurt and it may make them think twice before producing defective products in the future.Targets

I have sent an email of to the Chief Exec at tesco, hopefully they will have the common sense to deal with my complaint, if not then I will see someone about taking it further.
I have been feeling rough for the last few days, DH has kindly slept on the sofa for last 2 nights (i'm like a radiator!). I felt ill in the night and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get the energy together to go downstairs to him, bless him as soon as tesco express opened he was their getting me some sinus tablets and spray. My face is fairly swollen around the eyes and feels blocked so I assume I have a sinus infection. DH is working today so DS has been looking after the girls and bringing me endless drinks :A . DH has a huge amount of cleaning to do when he gets home as DD1 has been playing with flour and play dough! :rotfl:
I have been thinking about christmas and what we need to get.
1. Decorations - (first year in own home normally at mums for 2 weeks!)
2. Food - 4 adults, 3 children unsure for how long need to confirm
3. Presents for :-
DS (age 12), DD1 (3 going on 13!), DD2(20 months) DH, Mum, Dad, Niece (10), Great Nephew (9 months).
I dont buy for my sisters & BIL's I also have another nephew and niece, my nephew is 18 and my neice is 17 and a mum herself now so I have made a decision not to buy for them anymore.
I have already got some bits put back thanks to a sale at tesco, grabbit on perfume & No7 and the clubcard double up. This year I want to spoil my mum, dad and DH as well as the kids. My budget £300 :rotfl::rotfl: I best get winning on these competitions, I won christmas about 4 years ago i'm sure I can againElectric and Gas Predators 17/£700:j:j:j October make £10 a day challenge :j:j:j£155/£3100 -
