After 5 days of trying to get hold of them i finally get through. They too have told me 10 days since they recieved the letter. BUT, they then said because its going into a Natwest account it could take even longer! If wonga.com can get money into my account in 15 mins then surely a company like HSBC can do it?! Hope you all get your money soon0
