Acceptance letter sent 18/12 /2011 and received my payment of £6500 today ! Considering the Xmas period, I'm well pleased with That .
Did all the paperwork through MoneySaving Expert and it was very easy - never ever fall for all the tv ads with so called experts offering their services.!! Rip off

I've said this before but don't get caught out with the inland revenue if your payment includes 8% gross interest. It's your redo instability to declare it.
  • I am a current account holder with HSBC just sent my acceptance off. The claim was for loans / CC over the last few years all paid off. However I took a loan out a few weeks ago with HSBC which is more than my expected payout.

I am concerned they will repay my current loan! Should I be worried??

They are only allowed to do this if you are in arrears or have defaulted.
