    I've been trying to ring HSBC on 023 8072 3004 but it just rings out.

    Still waiting for the contact after the 16 weeks deadline !

    Does anyone have a alternative telephone number ??

    iv been ringing two different numbers for two days now and there constantly engaged, iv given up now :(:(

    i rung the 3004 number this morning. answered after about 8 rings.

    maybe a good idea to try at around 9-930am

    Result !

    Got home tonite to find a letter from HSBC offering me 5k settlement.

    Signed and will be posted back tomorrow.

    Ten working days quoted to be credited to my account.

    Happy days !!
