    Just got home to a letter from metropolitan, a hsbc company giving me 7 days to pay a balance in full! Funny how it's different when the boots on the other foot!
    Debt Free By Olympics 2012

    how do u claim with HSBC?
    my friend just foned halifax and they began the process over the fone,
    what details will i need to give

    All did was tel the callcentre and they provided the loan account numbers and PPI policy numbersi then e mailed servicequality@hsbc.com

    They confirmed receipt of my e mail and sent me a letter followed by a 2 page questionnaire.
