Would there be any delay if your not having the funds paid into a hsbc bank account ?

Just spoken to claim handler they are now saying 10-15 working days due to the volume of pay outs
Wish i hadnt as they didnt realise i had a debt with metropolitan could have had a lovely holibobs on the £5k they are offering still i have told them as its their mess up i want to go into branch sign the new paperwork then i would like cash/chq on the same day have to call back in an hour to see whats occuring

If HSBC state 10 working days on there letter than it should be done with in 10 working days there soon on the phone to us if where a day late paying our credit cards etc

I've just had a call from hsbc following up with me that I got the offer letter thro the post from them ok.

He said that if it was being paid into a hsbc account then he would guarantee payment into my account within the 10 working days as quoted on my offer letter and sometimes quicker as it's going into a hsbc bank account.

I'll keep checking my account but it's only early days for me yet !

well just spoke to some horrible person on the phone just been told may have money by the end of the month but maybe not, timeframes were changed yesterday. im totally p*****d off, as soon as i get my money i will be changing banks, plus they said they cant guarantee anything so i wouldnt hold my breath if i was you
