I have no debts with hsbc.
No overdraft either.
The loan my PPI is being paid back on finished years ago.
The guy I spoke to did say that if the PPI was being paid into a hsbc bank account then the payment could be quicker than the 10 working days quoted on my acceptance letter.0 -

If the loan is still running do you have to pay it off using your PPI repayment ? Or is it if your in default.0 -

I've just been passed through 4 or 5 different departments at HSBC, no one seems to know who (or have a number for) is dealing with the redress - how convenient! The last person I spoke to gave me 2 numbers which are only open 9-5 so I'll try again tomorrow.
How hard can it be to work out which department is dealing with it?! :wall:0 -
