my loan payment is due in 3days, should i pay this? as i doubt they will be paying my loan off and giving me a refund within the next 3 days?
How would this work?
EXample:
Offered: 2000 to pay off loan + 2000 cash
If i pay loan in 3days (£200), there will only be 1800 loan left, so will they re-imburse me with 2200 cash?0 -

Did they tell people in their letter that they would be paying off their loan ?
Our letter only said the amount they were repaying and asked us for a bank account to pay it into, no mention of making payments on loans. I dont even know who holds the loan now, its been attached as a charging order to our house and we make payments to a solicitor.
But as we are now on day 12 Im guessing the money isnt going into a bank account.0
