    Firstly, Congratulations to those of you who have received your payments today!! :beer:

    I have taken your advice and emailed both the chief executive and the service quality team this morning. Have had a standard reply email back stating that it will be passed to a senir manager to look into.

    Did it take long after you emailed to receive your money. I really need mine asap!
