Hi All

Further to my first email this morning to the CEO and Service Quality Team I waited 3 hours and sent another 2 emails and called them! Abit extreme but am sick of waiting.

Have just had an email stating theyve processed my payment today and should have it in 3-5 working days!

If they just did what they said they would we would all be happy (or perhaps if they hadn't robbed the money from us in the first place)

Hubby done his email today too, hopefully not too long of a wait as he sent his back same day as me, so would have thought they would have been payed out on same day, but no that would have been too simple for HSBC

Hi can anyone tell me who to email at hsbc, spoke to a very harsh speaking lady this morning who said I wont get any payment until about the 5th October, as they have become so busy, They got my acceptance form on 15th September, so I worked 10 working days to be about 1st October any ideas

I would talk to them about duty of care and customer service and standards. I also have a copy of my acceptance letter quoting the 10 working days on it so that would be an attachment.

Also I would speak of the credit card I have with hsbc that has a payment by day attached which I am expected to pay by or face a penalty fee. See where I going with that !!
