Hi can anyone tell me who to email at hsbc, spoke to a very harsh speaking lady this morning who said I wont get any payment until about the 5th October, as they have become so busy, They got my acceptance form on 15th September, so I worked 10 working days to be about 1st October any ideas

Try this address to send an e mail.

    Good luck.

I'll wait until a few days after my initial 10 then e mail will be sent

    Fingers crossed I don't have to !
  • Day 12 and still nothing...
  • Morning All

Can not believe it but the money is in the bank!

My email basically said that I had no money and that they should view my complaint in a compassionate way. I think the email stating I was desperate may have had an impact, oh and the crying. A bit extreme but some of the people posting here have waited over 10 days.

I'm on working day six today.
  • Congrats Laura, great news!

There doesn't seem to be any sort of logical order to when they're paying out; I emailed on Friday and I said I knew people who had received theirs in 10 days so lets see if I get a response from them today.
  • I think its time to email back asking how some people can have the money within a week, seems a little unfair IMO

  • Thanks, am gonna treat myself to a trip to Asda.

I agree completely that there is no logic in the way payments are being processed. Though it looks to me like they are paying those of us that are moaning and kicking up a fuss. Completely unfair I believe that had I not kicked up a fuss there's no way I'd have got my money!

    Good Luck x
  • Jut checked again and still no money, have sent a third email to chiefexec.
