Don't worry. Nessun Dorma will be along soon to tell you all that it is your fault.

Really? How about actually being the one to bring logic and common sense to the discussion, rather than the one launching needless attacks?

Hello all - there is a movement to get signatures to produce a group complaint against Yodel on Facebook -
"Yodel - Unofficial Complaints Group" (I'd post the URL but MSE is blocking that). It is a private group and have to request to join. If you join this group there is a thread that will explain what is growing on this site. So far there are over 50 people willing to sign such a letter. Once signatures are gathered it will be sent to Watchdog. Too many packages going lost this Christmas season to ignore. I'm posting this here at the request of the admins for the Yodel Complaints (unofficial) page on Facebook. Thanks.

    What do you see happening?
  • Hopefully some attention and publicity to the fact that many packages are going lost this season.

  • Maybe then something will change for the better in the future when dealing with Yodel . You can ask the admins of that group - they're the ones organising it.

    So what will change.
Did you research Yodel or your supplier before ordering?
  • My issue was a purchase through Ebay. Went through 3 different carriers in the States and UK before it got to Yodel. Then it disappeared in a puff of smoke on the 23rd. Very similar to the Ebay purchase highlighted on "Don't get done, get Dom" story back in May. First Ebay purchase that went through Yodel for me - the seller in the States didn't even know Yodel was being used... Ebay Global Shipping...

So this is based on one package.
How many items has Yodel successfully delivered over the Christmas period?

Who knows? But one thing that I do know and that is that we will no longer buy from any company that uses Yodel for their deliveries. Bitter experience in the past has shown them to be consistently poor.
