I'm sure someone might pop up from Yodel and attempt to sound helpful. My experience is they have little influence or ability to engage the Yodel business areas that matter which would likely be at least one dysfunctional depot.

Actually, it is not a "normal" weekend. Easter Sunday is a "protected" day, in terms of working days for retail.

Okay, it was a bnak holiday weekend in between two bank holidays and where Sunday was a protected day where most people have better things to do than deal with fantasy Yodel attempts at anything competent on the Saturday where the Chat Team were available to answer questions.
