I can't believe it I have just checked my cc statement and have received 3 refunds. £19.75/ £60.02/ and £74.95.
I got 2 separate emails yesterday and today the refunds. I was told the refunds would take between 7 -10 days but that's just 2 days.
Just keep at them and you will be refunded.
Good Luck!0 -
Guardian Newspaper has an article about this method of acquiring peoples money today.
Some time ago I fell for the one (On Facebook) which offered weightloss magic pills but noticed in time and returned samples and got cancel codes which stopped further supplies. The codes were needed to stop the regular order.0 -
I keep coming back here to check and I'm appalled that this company is still conning people, surely they should have been stopped by now. I feel sorry for the thousands out there that have not found this forum or another way to get help and have not received their money back, or worse still having money still come out of their bank accounts. Something must be able to be done to stop it and to help the people out there that are still being 'stung' by theses fraudsters....I will sign anything and tell all I know to anyone who will listen to help bring this awful company down.....:mad:0

Hello, I'm new to this but have joined up after having a bad experience with this company!
They took a total of £160 from my Mums card - she was all for letting it go after the first phonecall but I persisted...5 calls later and a rfynd has been arranged! Whether or not it transpires remains to be seen but PLEASE PLEASE don't give up, it seems they will throw the T&Cs at you until you mention fraud/the police/OFT.
Good luck to you all! Xx0 -
Also, she cancelled her card and was worried the refund would not go through but a quick call to Lloyds TSB confirmed that the funds would still fund their way to her account0

I have very recently just become aware of this scam after odering this free trial and after not reciecing the products looked into it to discover the warnings on this site! I am so upset and cannot believe i have fallen for this . I rang up and cancelled last sunday and recieved emails confirming this stating that no money would be taken but 2 days later £79.99 was taken out of my account. ive been to my bank and cancelled my debit card on which i purchased these products but am horrified to discover they can still take money out! How is this possible? I am beside myself with worry as im struggling with money at the moment i havnt even recieved this product, it never arrived. Someone please offer me some words of reassurance that i will be refunded an no more money taken . thanx0

Well they charged you despite saying in writing they would not (and after you had cancelled) so you have written evidence that the charges made are fraudulent/unauthorised. Go straight to the fraud department of your bank with copies of the emails and request a chargeback on any and all unauthorised charges."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

Not sure how to deal with this. Got my statement today and rang my bank but they say I have to contact Revita la Peau and ask them to refund the money. Like you, not sure if 0808 is a premium number of even a UK numberHi, I'm new to this site so I hope I do this right!
I have recently been duped by this Thursday last week and I'm thoroughly kicking myself for being so stupid. I'm usually so good at checking terms and conditions. Does anybody know where the phone number is based? Is it a UK phone number, I see their address is but don't want to pay to phone halfway around the world.
My quick resolution to this is to get my current card I used for payment stopped and cancelled by the bank and a new card issued as the details will be different but will check with the bank that this is the case.0 -
Bumping this as I see some people are still falling for this scam.0

I managed to get my money back from these load of shysters but I have been sitting here thinking how many thousand people who have fallen for this scam still haven't had their money back or didn't know how to go about it.
I wonder if we can get it highlighted in one of the consumer programmes on TV like Watchdog or similar.
It is time this type of scam was broadcasted to the general public to put them on their guard against this and similar type scams being put on the internet and out into the media generally.0
