I tell you I am so incensed I cannot believe it. That is money I could have spent on my two grandchildren (they had plenty Xmas anyway) but to be scammed makes you so cross. I will not let this go. I have a pub in East London and my customers will know all about it. Got the Olympics hre in a few months so maybe we'll put a banner up about this lot of scumbags!! Much to my shame for being a vain woman and being scammed!! OMG Im so angry.
I feel the same as you, a complete idiot and ashamed of trying to hold back the years, but why should we be ashamed of wanting to stay attractive as long as possible. Some people pay thousands to do it which should have I suppose rang the alarm bells. If something is cheap, it is usually a scam. I can understand now how people who are scammed out of thousands are scared and ashamed to tell their families, I would be horrified for my kids to know I had been so gullible. I am so canny usually on the net but was caught out because I had decided to stop in last night on New Year's Eve and was bored, otherwise it would not have happened. I strayed onto the site out of curiosity as I follow the news everywhere and now I have paid the price for not paying attention and checking the detail in everything.
It will not happen again ! Scumbags ! :mad:0 -

Hi there
I have just spoken with the Customer Service on the number they gave out on the advert (0808 168 3685). I only had to wait a few minutes (I had already emailed a few times over the last couple of days and received automated replies - obviously closed for holidays, and phoned too with an automated response about being closed due to holidays). I had only been signed up for a few hours when I realised my mistake so obviously am well within the 12 day trial (by the way this trial of 12 days INCLUDES the delivery period of approx. 3 or 4 days, so only a trial period of a week or so which is disgusting in intself as not enough time to try the product anyway before they take the £75!) Anyway I spoke to them and the person I spoke to was quite polite and tried to talk me into having the product on half price ! Anyway I told him I was a pensioner and could not commit to buying any future supplies of this product and had only tried it because I thought the trial product was free without obligation. In the end he agreed to cancel my account and gave me a cancellation no and stated this would be confirmed in an email within 24 hours. I hope I hear no further from them. I did ask about the trial product and he said I could keep it as I had already paid the delivery charges for the product without obligation and would receive no further supplies.
We will see ! I asked him for his name and he gave me his christian name and when I asked for his surname (they probably have hundreds of people working for them all over the world!), he said he could not give me his surname due to data protection.
These sharp practice marketing companies should be closed down and the internet wants cleaning up big time ! I am getting to the stage when I am worried to even step outside the front door in case someone is waiting outside to rip me off for some money, I am getting paranoid about it and that should not be allowed to happen to innocent people, after all I am quite intelligent (well used to think so anyway), and what would happen to the millions of gullible people who are not in a position to pay for this product.
Disgraceful they are allowed to carry on, they should be jailed ! :mad:0 -

This is my fist time on the forum so please excuse any mistakes.
Both my wife and daughter were about to caught out by this scam. My wife is new to the internet and I don't think she believed there are people out to catch her!!! They had ordered their free trials without looking at the terms and conditions at the base of the advert. But, thanks to the deceint people who have raised concern I believe we have stopped the rot before we getting ripped off. I have contacted Perfect Radiance and cancelled the order at an early stage (hopefully). The order covered three items the Perfect Radiance, Revitaderm and Rejuvane Eye Care. I was given confirmation over the phone that all three items will be covered by the cancellation. I have been given cancellation codes and told to expect confirmation by e-mail within the next three days. To be on the safe side we have cancelled the card used in the purchase.
Again thanks to those who have posted their experience with this company.0 -
I have been fooled by this and am now trying to contact them to cancel but the numbers i have are not being recognised. Can anyone give me the number for the perfect radience and revitaderm, calling from UK? I feel such a fool and my husband will blow his top at me if i cant fix this before he finds out as I used his card! Very Very apprehensive. Thanks in advance hopefully.0
