I received an email today from Perfect Radiance confirming they have cancelled my account and there will be no further money taken from my bank account. Keeping my fingers crossed that they have now cancelled any further deliveries, haven't anyway received the trial sample yet but in any event was told I can keep that as I have paid the delivery charge . Watch this space and I will confirm if that is in fact what happens.0

I had an e-mail at 5.50 this evening saying we confirm that all your accounts are cancelled and you will not be charged any further. Your request has been granted we have refunded you for the amount £74.95. Please allow 5 business days before checking your bank account for the completed transaction. R E S U L T.
(My last e-mail to them said I would continue to e-mail until I got a satisfactory response. I also threatened to sue them via English/Scottish courts. I also mentioned reporting them to The Sun and Daily Mail newspapers to see what they had to say). Maybe that is why a refund is forthcoming. I dont believe they can go back on promise of refund as it is in writing.)
I will let you know if I receive my refund. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP - YOU CAN WIN - KEEP E-MAILING AND HARRASSING THEM. GOOD LUCK ALL. Thanks.0 -
whew, i am so glad i found this site!!! I almost got sucked into this scam but got suspiscous when they kept dropping the amount to pay for shipping everytie i tried to close the site. I typed the words"have you tired perfect radiance' and this forum popped up and i found all of you and your helpful information. How do these scams get permission to lure so many people. I can't read anything on the net without their ad popping up hence me finally succumbing to the temptation of seeking them out!!! It is amazing how easy it is to drop common sense and trust when people use clever wording and play on our vulnerability. thank you so much for rescuing me, everybody. Is there nothing we can do to expose these people??? Mimm0

I cannot understand how web sites are available to "exploit" by these random adverts. Have you noticed that if you look at something to buy on one web site, even just out of curiosity, that advert follows you onto every web site you follow afterwards for days and days even if you don't want it?
Surely this is exploitation of readers and invasion of privacy. If I don't want to go into a shop I can stop at the doorway and not go in, why should we be forced to keep reading this trash when we have not chosen to read it.
It is time the internet police cleaned up the internet to make it safe for unsuspecting people to use. :mad:0 -

Is there nothing we can do to expose these people???
File a complaint online by reporting them to the FTC (US version of trading standards but with more legal clout):
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?lang=en
They have previously taken legal action against other similar free trial scams and fake news site scams and forced the companies to refund consumers."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

I have also been taken in by this just this morning. I was searching for another beauty cream when this appeared under the independent newspaper's web address. It took me to another website about a 53 year old mum looking 10 years younger. I thought why not a free trail sounds like it might be ok. I quickly filled in my details and pressed the button then it dawned on me that it might be a scam. I searched and came across this thread. I tried to call them this afternoon but it was busy, probably with all the people panicking and trying to cancel. I cancelled my debit card then I tried again at 10.45pm. I got through immediately and spoke to a lady who tried to persuade me to try the trial. I would not be swayed and she gave me a cancellation number. I have emailed them now and I am hoping for a response. I shall post again when I have had a reply. I have been sick all day thinking about
these beasts! I can't believe how many people have been affected by this. Hope others find success too x0 -
i too have been duped by the face cream....im embarressed and gutted as money is tight...my bank cannot refund me as i actually put in my details, not realising it was a contract i thought i had got a bargain :O( you need to go to your origional email that confirms your order and email the customer support to stop future shipments and cancell your contract, allthough i have demanded a refund it states that 30days after the trial period (16 days) you will be billed and they helped their selve after only 15 and 19 days, i am too waiting for a reply, the phone numbers provided are no longer in use, i am very angry with myself for falling for something like this. my bank told me to contact the companies and if i had no luck with in 30 days to get back to them to investigate, this has been the most expensive face cream i have ever had !!0

I said I would update when I had confirmation that I had cancelled and I got it just this morning. I can't check my bank account yet as I cancelled my card but that's quite quick cancellation. Hopefully no money has gone. It seems to me that the problem lies when people haven't realised these theives have taken more money and then try to cancel and get money back. I hope people search first before getting sucked in to the scam. I am fuming about this, there must be some way to get back at these rotters. x0
