They r sending me 211-2595 which is the Dora console priced at £54.97 and 208-9830 which is the Dora book at £16.97. I didn't want to argue the fact that I might receive two books lol! We shall see.

well done sharnabanana. that is brilliant. i just had a phone call to say mine id ready to collect so if i have the toy story books agin i will be complaining and standing my ground this time for the item.

just to clarify sharnabanana did you bring home the package with the toy stroy cartridges or did you have the refunded at store?

My first toy story book was delivered to the store. I had to take it home and call Customer Services who arranged for my order to be sent out again to my home address where I would exchange the items. However, I ended up with another Toy Story book. So when I called again, that's when they said the code was obviously wrong, they would honour the original order, send out the console and dora book separately to my home address and I would hand them back the second Toy Story book. Hope that makes sense.

that makes perfect sense. when i ordered these first time round i just got them refunded at the store but if they are the wrong items again this time ill bring them home too and hopefully they will honour sending out the storios this time round.

I have literally just got a phone call from Tesco Direct who say that I will be getting a refund. I was told that the storio was discontinued and they had none left, even though they took my money. I asked for the separate pink storio and Dora storybook but she flatly said no. I will be writing to Tesco Direct to make a complaint.

I am just back from attempting to collect my dora storio. It was a toy story cartridge. I couldnt be bothered with the hastle so I just got them to refund it. The woman at the desk had been lovely and phoned HO on my behalf. I got some penny items so it made up for it. i got ipod classic cases for 1p and a webcam for £1.

CS called me again yesterday and have given me a £10 credit for my troubles. I know it's not a Storio but it's better than nothing. I just like playing the game!!
