Hi Roxy
I just told them that it was their mistake you want what you payed for. They will they try and fob u off by saying the item is now discontinued, but stand your ground because the product was quite clearly available when you purchased it.
Tell them that they have a similar item for sale and you want that one instead, i told them i dont see why i have to pay for the item when i already bought a paid for the storio in the first place and i was their mistake that they haven't sent out the correct item in the first place!
If you get nowhere with the customer service adviser ask to speak to the manager or supervisor.

I think by the sounds of it the outcome depends on if the person on the end of the phone is in a good mood or not :-)

My parcel arrived today and it's the Dora storio console with ebook included and a separate Dora ebook. So I will get a refund on my second booking meaning I get the whole thing for free. bargain!!! Hope others are as lucky as me.

well done! how did you get it for free? did they not just collect the toy story cartridges and you still have paid the £16.97? soz i get confused easily

i have had an email this morning from the ceo office to say thankyou for my email and they are now looking into it

They sent me the Dora console which comes with the ebook included and a separate dora book in one delivery. No idea why but wasn't going to correct customer services at the time. I swapped my toy story ebook for the delivery this morning with the driver.

Roxy86, I didn't put up much of a fight just sent emails complaining and happened to get nice people ringing me back, I had said I think they should honour the order as they still had the storio available online

I have just had email to say my storio pink is coming tomorrow, rang them up because they sent wrong item before (toy story) told me that the item is no longer for sale so they could not sent right item, so I said that they are still selling same item without book and I would have that instead then he said he would have to talk to his manager because of the price difference then put on hold for few seconds then said yes that is fine and will b here tomorrow. Email says exchange credit £21.97 and gift card credit £38 so total is £58.97 with postage so should definatly be the right item this time.
Hope everybody else get theirs, don't give up because they are allowed to do it.
