have you sent an email to philip clark ceo ? as this seems to work, failing that maybe an email to watchdog would do the trick, what i cant understand is why they are so inconsistant in dealing with this problem, it seems to depend on who you speak to, so dont give up!

there is a comment about this on the tesco.com facebook page if anyone would like to let tesco know how they feel about this

My voucher card came today with £44.57 on. I had already received the refund for the game and £10 goodwill gesture. So all in all, I've had enough money back to order the console and a game!
A very good result :-)

Just had a call from Tesco telling me the Storio is back in stock and they are sending one to my local store for me to pick up!! Result!!!!!!

Hi I finally got word back the other day after emailing philip clark that he would be honouring the console if I reordered the dora game £16.97 :j:j Collected both game and blue and orange storio (toy story cartridge included) So thats another present sorted. And I also received the £5 goodwill gesture at the start so all in it cost me £11.97:T
