Im just updating to say, even though I purchased mine around Late july, I only complained two days ago they rang me today and have offered me the money back since the storio is out of stock, so I have £55 being sent to me on a gift card, its worth to re complain. I have been impressed that they have honoured it though.

The customer service man said due to the volume of complaionts regarding this item they are honouring it. hth

Well done to those who got the Storio for free, don't know how you guys did it? I complaint and complaint via phone and email, they finally gave me £25 as compensation. I suppose one can't be too greedy, I am just grateful they are giving me something. Thank you for everybody who contribute to this thread.

Who did you complain to? I've emailed P.Clarke but not heard a thing yet.

I just emaied customer services basically saying I ordered it ***** and recieved a toy story cartridge, I also said I wasnt impressed that I had rang up customer services and the lady promised to ring me back and she didnt, I also worded it politely saying i should have recieved a storio given the description on the page but I didnt.

They rang me back and offered me the storio but as it was out of stock they gave me the money instead.

Just received a email to say that I will receive a voucher for £40 to put towards a new storio very happy with this result!

Despite having a full refund - T have just rung and I'm getting the Cars with console, plus a Dora cartridge.

What a result. Thanks everyone - I would never in a million years complained about it myself, but seeing everyone else had good results, it was worth a shot.

There were other complaints in my letter too, I've had terrible service from T lately. Maybe that's why I've got the extra game.
