i have recieved a phone call from cs tonight and the nice young man told me they are going to honor the original listing, he has told me to order them online and he is going to ring back tommorrow morning and refund what i have paid, finaly a result for me. You just have to keep at them.0

Customer Services called earlier, a nice lady said that they will be sending me the correct item and collecting the Toy Story.

I have ordered my storio last night and as promised the nice young man called back this morning and refunded me the money for it, really pleased may take the toy story back and get refund then it will of cost nothing .0

YAY!!!!! fianlly had call for CS saying they are going to send me the other dora storios in exchange. however the storios are out of stock at the mo and so i am to wait and when they are next in stock i am to phone them to go ahead and get them to process the exchange for me.

Had that phone call too, but what are they planning on sending? The pink storio is in stock, as is the dora software as 2 separate items. Could they not send those?0

the items look like they are in stock but when you add them to the basket and then try and check out they same the item is out of stock.
i did try. no problem though as they said they will send it when it is back in stock.:j0 -
just checked and the item now says it is temporalily unavailable. i dont think they are going to send me the extra game though, just the storio. not that i mind, im just so happy to be receiving my order:j0

For those who managed to get storio and dora are so lucky! Just called tesco and they would offer them to me for 25 pounds reduction from the total selling price (£16.97+£54.97). Well I won't be getting them, my daughter is so disappointed!0

I had delivery of mine today, just the storio pink but it already has dora in box so no need for extra dora cartridge0
