Got an email yesterday evening saying that they are refunding me for the total price, but did not mention why.
I've emailed asking for clarification and will see how far I take it depending on if I can be bothered arguing with them.

I have just been to collect my second order of the item again and guess what it was........... the toy story book again, i have now just sent cs another email as after my last email i recieved a call from them last night and she reassured me that it should be the item described if not to get back in touch with them again and they will see what they can do, i am not going to let it drop as it is appalling how then can advertise something and not deliver, i do not want a cash gesture of good will i want my storio and dora game, i will see what they say and let you all know, its good to hear that some of us are getting somewhere with them hope we all have the same look, we should all stand our ground x0

Went to collect my order this afternoon and when i opened in store i had 2 x Toy Story Cardridges inside, i returned imediately and the gorl attemped to phone Direct, who said their computers where down at the moment. They offered a full refund but i said no as i just wanted the console - she said she would refund and i could 'just re-order online' i said no as it was on sale at that price and if i take a refund and re-order i wouldn't get it at that price again.
Eventually the gorl called for a manager who appologised profusely and said he would speak to them tomorrow and call me back - i'm going to push for it though because to be honest we have nothing to loose.
Still can't quite understand why i have two cardridges though???.•

ok so i have collected my items and surprise surprise the oty story cartridges.
I called cs up as that was what i was told to do if the wrong item came for a second time and spoke to a horrible bloke.
he would only offer me a refund, i said no ive wasted time, petrol, got upset children i want the item but he said he could only offer refund.
i said to him well what if you send me a different storio to make up for it-pink or orange i dont mind. he said no way.
I said right ill leave the refund and contact phillip clarke as im not at all happy about this at which point he said "good lunk with that" in a very sarcastic tone and hung up on me!!!
does anyone know the address for phillip clarke. im not happy at all.:j0 -

Its worth complaining, at last a result. I too was told by a very nice cs lady they would reorder and received the toy story cartridge again, sent another email and my dora storio and separate cartridge are arriving on Thursday. The email states the price at 54.99 and cartridge 16 odd, they have given me a gift card to make up the difference. Fickle as I am I now love Mr T

Hi all. Sorry i haven't replied sooner but i finally i have an outcome i am pleased with so i wanted to share it with you all :-) !
I phoned the customer services on saturday after i recieved the wrong toy story 3 game, and i was told they would send out the 'correct' product. So...i went to pick it up today from Tesco and surprise surprise it was the toy story 3 game again!
I tried to ring customer services earlier and their systems were down so i went on the website a few hours later and the dora storio system i had ordered was now showing as discontinued!
I have just got off the phone with Tesco. They offered me a full refund and a gesture of good will, which i was not happy with! so i asked to speak to the supervisor, the girl came back on the phone and said we can give u a 50% discount on the dora storio console - the £55 one. Which i said i wasn't happy with. I then was put through to the supervisor who said to me that the price difference between the product i had ordered and the product i want was too high. I put my point across strongly but they are covering their backs so much, saying it was a fault at the warehouse blah blah blah.
Anyway...the outcome is that i have agreed to a dora storio (£55), which i have to pay an additional £10 for (added to the £16.97 i had already paid for the original item)...so a total of £26.97 for a dora storio that costs £55 and i get free delivery aswell!
I am very happy with the result! Tesco are paying nearly £30 towards this item! I was not going to be fobbed off with a refund and £10 goodwill gesture when it was not my fault.
I am not happy for being messed about but i think i have got a good result. :j

did you have to ask for an alternative product or did they just offer? the guy i spoke to was really rude and would not budge. even told him i was told to call back if the wrong items came again and i would be compensated for my trouble but he said no.
i have now sent an email to cs and to philip clarke. i hope i get the outcome everyone else is getting because my children would love the storio.:j0
