Vtech storio pink with dora

I received a toy story storio game! i have taken bought the item home with me because i will be contacting customer services at 10am! They tried to fob me off with a refund but i want the product that i bought! its not the customers fault that the website had a 'misprint'. What happened to the customer is always right! i shall let everyone know what rubbish i am fed when i phone up. The product quite clearly states what the item is and it is tescos mistake so they should be fixing it!

cant believe they havent sorted this out.

i ordered again yesterday as the woman i spoke too said that they should now have corrected the problem after the first time round. if i receive the toy story cartridges again i too will bring them home with me to then contact tesco customer services. they must have the pink storios as you can buy them on the site for £55 so i think they should be sending us these instead.

just bumping this thread to see if anyone else has further updates?? I ordered this storio and have just received the automated call to say it is in store for collection- want to be fully armed with info before i go into battle!!!

Aaargh! I bought one of these for the second time and I collected yet another Toy Story software pack this morning. I've brought it home this time as I am in the middle of a CS enquiry about it (Tesco keep phoning me when I'm not in and then sending an email to confirm they've called). Are they watching my front door to see when I go out??!

So after my second toy story book I called customer services again. They apologised and said they would refer it to their IT team. 30 mins later they called back. I was ready to fight as I was sure they going to offer a refund but no.... I was told they couldn't figure out the problem but would honour the storio console and story book! I nearly fell off my chair! They said the Dora storio package is out OOS so are sending me the pink storio book and Dora cartridge in 2 packages as one delivery to arrive weds. I was still sceptical but after 2 calls to check and an email showing an order for the correct codes, I really think it's on it's way. Fight my lovelies.... All is not lost!

I ordered one too and from what i can make out its the whole thing plus the dora story. Its the older model if you look at the other one on the site the layout of it is slightly different i also paid for mine for collection...so whats the chances of it being there.... :-/
