im so sorry to all that have received wrong item, i too went to pick mine up today and recieved the toy story game, i have sent an email to customer services as i dont see how they can advertise something and send out something else its so wrong, will wait to see what response i recieve.:mad:0

dont apologise op. it would have been a great bargain! i think everyone is just so annoyed at tesco for sending whatever the fancied. if they had contacted us to say it was a mistake, out of stock etc there wouldnt be any of this trouble as we all expected that tbh. but to just waste our time and send out a toy story game instead is what has really pi**ed me off!!

They phoned today but my Husband answered, they said the product has been discontinued so they couldn't send it out anyway they are not "buying" anymore in. He was then told to return the toy story to store to get a refund, I'm gutted as I was out, I would have argued more0

I rang the store. They said I had the Toy Story book delivered too and they didnt have any stock themselves of the storio, so I would need to go to the store for a refund. Well miffed!:mad:0

ok so i got a phone call from tesco cd this morning. the bloke said he was very sorry and they are not in the business of sending out the wrong items to people purposely but the pickers just pick the item according to the code and the toy story cartridges were put in the wrong place and so is why we all got the same item!
anyways he said that they actually dont have the item in stock and thats how they came to notice the error.
he credited me £5 as a gesture of apology so i least i got something for the trouble.
Wish i had said when on the ohone that how can they say the item is no longer in stock when the exact item is available to buy online right now but under a different code.
anyone else here back?:j0
