I'm off out now, and going to pick up the storio from T later. Has anyone had a cancellation email or anything yet? I haven't, but it might save me the trip to T's if anyone else has.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

I have had a text to tell me it will be delivered today so just waiting for it now. Had to get home delivery so fingers crossed it's not just the book.0 -

I brought this a few weeks ago as it was too good to be true, went and collected it, instead of a Vtech storio I got Toy Sorty 3 cartridge game, I rang up customer services and told them , I even took screen shots of the page, they said they would ring me bk but they never did.
In the end I just left it...iMiasMommy0 -

Just went to collect mine and they tried to give my a hubby a toy story game..
Hubby went back in to say about it etc but they wouldn't honour it.. They phoned head office who still wouldn't
Rubbish!! Still.. Got a bargain with the scooter for £7.50

i think we should be kicking up a fuss, and say we are going to contact trading standards over this, what are the rules regarding this type of thing, surely it is illegal to advertise something for sale on a website and then send you something totally different0

I have had a text saying that it is ready for collection but haven't been yet but guess from the above i'm going to have a problem with it, I will argue the point but thought all along it was too good to be true, my problem is that I used a £5 off £50 voucher and they will probably try and say without I haven't spent £50, if they do I will tell them to send the lot backTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160
