i think it is probably a good idea to print off the order details to take with you, how can they advertise it as a dora toy, then send something totally different ie toy story0

I picked up mine and it was toy story software, just rang up customer services and was told I can only get a refund, she said no one would be receiving the actual dora storio and just said sorry. What a shame this would have been great had they honoured what they sold0

Someone has posted that they got the actual Toy story book, surely if they have sent out one we all should be subject to receiving the same thing, Im clinging on in hope!0

I got the toy story book which is only £16.97 anyway so no deal, I told the woman on the desk what had actually happened and she said they will prpbably just pull the item for 24 hours but bless her she rang anyway and acted dumb with them as if she didn't understand what had happened and she was quite abruptly told refund the customer we are not honouring it! she still let me have my £5 off £50 voucher though even though I hadn't spent £50 so i ended up with 3 xmas pressies for £28.00 when one of them alone was £25 originally so I still got a bargain, shame about the storio though.To get to Disneyland Florida 20160

just had a phone call to say my order was ready to collect so i asked the girl if she could check for me what they had delivered. she said the system says dora storio but went to check the packet contents. toy story cartdrige. She couldnt understand why they had sent that but said she would get it refunded for me.
So at least i have saved myslef a trip into the store now.
Could we send an email or something complaining? i feel that if they had no intention of sending the storio dora then they should have contacted us to say so and refunded straight away. Rather than send the completely wrong item and waste a lot of peoples time and petrol having to go to store to find out it isnt what they expected.:j0 -

Could you not order the other one, and then return the Toy Story one instead, saying you got them mixed up, like Tesco did?0 -
Yep - Toy story for me too.
The SA said they were obviously having a bad day. Refunded no probs but would have loved the proper one for my Niece. I :heartpuls M.S.E.

When I worked in retail we had to either honour the mistake or simply remove from sale for 24hours and as tesco have removed from sale [EMAIL="they@re"]they're[/EMAIL] doing nothing wrong, I still think we should all email complaining about making trip when they could have cancelled order you never know mite get a voucher or something.To get to Disneyland Florida 20160

I can feel another email war coming on. Not picked mine up yet, but it's looking like it'll be a disappointment. I already have a dispute with Tesco, still ongoing, so I may have to wait for a resolution to that one before starting up another!:money:I'm not a friend of Martin's, I AM Martin.
