Exactly what I thought. I'm only 3 months in with HBOS and never used od or done anything at all. But then see this post and it's exactly what I'm seeing when I try those features http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=46834013&postcount=78
My wife has a BOS & Halifax Reward account. She logged in through BOS website - when she clicked on apply for a current account it showed up a message:
*Sorry, we can't offer you a secondary current accounts*
When she clicked on upgrade option, all accounts was available to upgrade from silver to Premier.
So this cannot be a CPD marker then? as she can upgrade to the highest account available.
She had a Lloyds account which she closed last year because of CPD problem and moved all banking to BOS/Halifax.

We have a Cardcash account with the electron card, and just noticed on the website that this comes with a Visa Debit card now, as well as the previous posts. However I just phoned Halifax and they said our card will remain as an Electron card. Is this right? Or will we get a Visa Debit card when the existing card expires next year? Look forward to any replies.Daily Free Scratchcard started 7.1.09 balance £0.10p £50 cashed out:j

This is what shows up for my Bank of Scotland easycash (if you can make it out)
They work ok if the accounts match. I log in to HBOS and I see the Scotland flag by my reward and a piggy by savings and White box for my Halifax web saver.
in Halifax login I see piggy for web saver and White boxes for my bos accounts.0 -
I've just logged in to my Halifax Reward account today, and although my current balances are correct, I can't view any transactions before today.0

I would recommend you order a replacement card and see whats sent to you.
The website suggests you will get a visa debit card though however this information may be incorrect.
I doubt no one will know until they experiement and ask for a replacement card.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
