New Halifax Account Range?

I asked about this CPD the other day cos I thought it may do that.

That's crap considering with HBOS I was a normal customer. So they've dumped Halifax pre approvals for Lloyds systems then? Marvellous!

on halifax site when you click apply for bank account or upgrade when logged it, it just logs you out haha maybe got some teething issue

I just called the Halifax and they say the system is down at present :rotfl:

I have accounts with both Halifax and Bank of Scotland

Previously all accounts had the upgrade button regardless of whether Halifax or Bank of Scotland login was used

This is no longer the case and the order of accounts changes depending on which login is used

I wouldn't be surprised if dual login is removed in the future

In hfx there is no upgrade. You go into (from right hand side) apply / bank accounts. But I get same message.

How can I be normal with one bank to then go CPD for no reason? Would they confirm CPD if I ring or would I have to subject access them do you no? I'm angry just now cos this was going to be my new account.

If I do have CPD does that mean my od will vanish as well?

I had no idea any of this was happening at all! Logged in to my Halifax this morning, all looked very weird and I have an additional savings account in there with £5.68 in it.....I vaguely recollect having a savings account years ago but I thought I closed it, must not have been linked to my online login before and whatever they have done now has reconnected me with it? Anyway, I am not complaining! That's paid for my breakfast and lunch today! )

What makes you think you have a CPD99 marker?

Lloyds TSB did confirm there is no CPD marker on my account, internal score brilliant, when I called them about it. Something externally, with halifax, is affecting credit rating which I am aware off and cannot get rid of until next year.

So so long as accounts are in order with bank, they don't put CPD markers on there. So cannot imagine that if halifax have moved to the same system it would be any different.

Are you logging on via the Halifax website of the BOS website?
