So are you saying you can't upgrade to the Ultimate reward account?

He is with Bank of Scotland and they no longer offer the Ultimate reward account to new customers or upgrade to existing Reward customers

I opened a Bank of Scotland Internet Saver this morning to put my change in when I get a Classic Account with Save the Change, got given the sort code and account number on the spot and transfered money to it from my Current Account.
