    Och well done you Adrian...

I put stuff on ebay but it's not selling :(...not even a watcher :(

Not optimistic.....It's just handbags and there's 101 of those on there....

    LOL

And am changing my AD's 2uge4p4.gif so like last night I didn't sleep well (only about 6-7 hours) ....so DV I can lose some of this 4 stone I've gained on mirtazapine..

What AD's are you on carer Adrian? How is the exercise going?

I find I'm better if I eat healthily - unprocessed food...I find that's better for me.... But I don't know if anyone else experiences that?

Paypal has still not come out of my account like 5 days later which is really annoying......I have so much on paypal right now...I like things to come out asap...I ordered stuff last Thursday and it's still not come out  though I had to cancel a DD on paypal cos like I bodged it....(I put monies from account when I couldn't afford it )

    So that's my news...

    Have a good day folks

  • Hi erme the secret for me has been a combination of sleep( i go to bed between 9pm 10 pm), excercise( i will do anything that gets my legs and body moving and definately diet i have found that not drinking as much has been a help Anti depressants( Citalopram) at first i will be honest they didnt work i felt like a puppet on a string but my body definately feels better now for taking them.

The sunshine is wonderful today i have finished work at 2 pm today so i am really enjoying the hot weather, I even had a pleasant surprise as i drove past Tesco the petrol has gone down to 129.9 thats was fantastic news. Well i am on holiday from sunday but i was told that it has to snow next week is that right ??? well things are getting better and better for me i am a lot lighter to what i was, my energy is at bursting point i just cant wait now to talk to a counsellor and see if they can sort out the things that have been bothering me for a long time

Och glad you had the bike ride Adrian...

Didn't know the escitalopram can cause nausea initially for a wee while and of course I have gastritis which doesn't help....

So feeling particularly rubbish and weak and what not...

At least I'm sleeping better than I was :D

  • Thanks for the reply Erme you aswell is doing very well, keep sticking in there with things you are doing so well. Sick as a Chip thank you for your comment i am feeling so good with everything everything is been so positive i have the support of my family and friends work mates and when i get replies on here it means so much to me i have the believe and the determination to succeed and get better not just for me but for my lovely daughter and family, my sister is having another baby aswell and thats a bonus i am a proud Uncle and love spending quality time with my family. For me the key to combating depression has been the excercise and it can be anything from walks in the park to running around with my daughter to cycling. Alcohol has been the other key i have drank 1 500 ml bottle of cider in 14 days and that was bought for me. Sleep I try to get at least 8_10 hours a night, and the other thing that i have started doing is finding time for myself and giving myself the opportunity to say no to people and generalised things i always used to refer to myself as the Mr yes man always there trying to please people But i have learned a lot about this, and i would also say i am a great believer in going to the doctor she was definately an expert the one i went to see she gave me the opportuntiy to speak about my feelings and tell me the options that is available to me I would say the biggest problem i have at the moment is thoughts that i have i simply cannot understand why my ex girlfriend has done the things she done to me i am hoping that when i talk to a counsellor they will be able to help it eats away at me i was so in love with her

Well today has been a very busy day for me i am planning a Autumn fayre at work hopefully i am going to raise £500.00 in this next month to go towards residents funds i have also got other things in the pipeline,

I have picked my darling daughter up from school shes staying at mine for the weekend tonight we are going to the beach we are going to enjoy the good weather while we can

I spoke to my NHS health trainer tonight about my diet and things and he's delighted how things are going for me but he also told me of a job thats been advertised on NHS jobs it would mean a pay increase of £5000.00 extra and the job is closer to home, i am seriously giving it thought to apply. well i am going for a paddle in the sea and have a Lemon Top talk later Guys :)

    Och sounds scarey....

Yesterday was pants for me :(

Had so much anxiety and depression and what not....and today it's raining...

Just opened the windows and that has really helped...

And have lost 3lbs since meds change :D - whoop go me

BTW does anyone know of a weight loss thread on here that's good? I believe Determined New Ms was on one but I've pmed her and she's not pmed me back

And also a cheap MicroSD card for my phone so I can go jogging again ....

Routine is key for me Adrian...I'm out of it right now with the meds change and what not and everything so that's not helping and also not getting my morning sausage roll due to like the diet :)

But go you...sorry your day was so pants..
