    whats the best way to proceed with this do i email head office or ring them
    what email would u use if thats what peole suggest
    how would i get copy of the cctv i viewed

    sorry didn't think bad of you at all, just last time i read a story on here about the police being called it was henlans brother lol (DTD gang will remember)who had been multiply abusing DTD coupons for months, whole story came out later and we weren't impressed, not at all tarring you with the same brush but doesn't help when you don't give full story

    definitely email HO rather than ringing, did you have any witnesses??

    i have DTD refused many a time but it pays to remian polite and courteous and either insist they ring HO or ring yourself, don't budge until they do, if still no joy , you can always email later and several people on here have received apologies and gift cards

    i asked if he would ring head office his reply was they are only cs and they are lower than me so no
    it was only when he said this that i asked for the sel and he said no and ripped it up in my face which i was upset about but the security saw this and thought i had provoked this until police came checked and saw i was right

    Just bought one paid £24.97, went to Customer Services and was refunded £21 - did not have the balls to ask for DTD

    My OH just got £126 back on 3 sets, no bother with CS but manager did remove SEL after checking price.

    I have found when email Philip Clarke they do a more thorough investigation , the email address justbeen posted for someone on 1p thread sorry on phone so can't link you

  • This is great when it works! I was initially refunded and told that the toys had to be removed from sale and could not be sold. Went home and called up CS who said that it was their fault completely and that DTD would be paid in store. Went back to store, spoke to manager who tried every trick in the book to not pay out. Told him to phone CS himself, he said it would make no difference,phoned them was put on hold for ages! and in the end said he's refund it on a giftcard :) hoorah! but what a song and dance!
