Tesco misprice Bakugan toy

Can confirm this deal worked for me in the NW.... Hadn't seen it on here and was genuinely buying it. I bought this yesterday around 5pm and was going to post it on here, but was busy with kids and couldnt get online last night.


Deal works exactly as OP said... came up on reciept at 'brawlers' £24.97. I had bought a few different toys, so I wasn't sure which one was the wrong price until CS scanned them for me and confirmed it was the Bakugan toy. CS offered me £21 refund until I asked for DTD, to which he replied 'oh yeah, I forgot about that!'. so I got £42 back . SEL was left on the shelf, so I sent DH straight back in for 2 more, to which he got DTD of £84:T. however the CS lady he saw removed the SEL, not sure what the SEL says now? Was so surprised my DH went back in for the other 2 as he always leaves all the bargain hunting/couponing etc to me!

My Bakugan toy had a barcode sticker of 7789 8888 0678... this was a sticker over the original barcode.

It worked for me this morning at the martins heron bracknell store. Dtd was given without asking.

They only had the one in stock that i could see. The shelf was a right mess toys everywhere..bloomin kiDs i hate emmmm..

Confirmed down south. Got 2. Both went thru at 24.97 'brawlers'.. 84 back at CS but I had to be ballsy. Was told DTD no longer exists, then when I pointed out the board he offered them at the 3.00 price.. THEN was told I could only get DTD on the 3.00 price! I asked him to call HO And was then told 'fine just put it through DTD and we'll take them all off sale! Bloody CS staff.. but yes 84 back!

Thanks good job I read this my husband purchased one for my grandson on friday and didnt check receipt so Ive sent him back to store with instructions.

sadly the SEL has been removed at Tesco Homeplus Edinburgh

Worked in New Malden this morning..... SEL taken off now though.

Got two of the little blitters and got £84 back so ended up getting £34 off my other shopping which happened to come to £33.69!!!!!

Tried Sutton after and they are scanning at the higher price but no SEL unfortunately... maybe Purley for me later.
