Well after my ordeal at store and email of complaint today I have received a letter and a £25 moneycard! Although in the letter she refers to an email she sent, i never had an email, I am well happy! Same just happened to me.
Sent an email - no reply.
Had a letter a week later (yesterday) saying we sent you an email and here is a £10 moneycard.
Must have checked email adress against tesco website..
