tbh u should be calling H.O when you are in the store if they keep refusing just say to manager can u get head office on the phone then they told me to come back here for dtd or use your mobile whilst stood at cs deskbest win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas

Use your mobile's inclusive minutes dialling head office for free on 01208340800p0800505555#
It dials a normal landline (so uses inclusive minutes) the "p" adds a pause then tescos 0800 with the hash telling the landline number that is it. Try it out, you may need to add an extra "p" for extra delay.
Store this in your phone. Also I store 01208340800 as "0800 free" to use on any 0800 numberI miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

Thank you OP.
Bought 2 toys this morning (they were OOS yesterday), SEL £3.97, charged £24.97 each.
With DTD both toys paid for my grocery shopping.

Tried this thismorning as they had added a £4.97 SEL overnight.
Bought 3 and went to CS and one girl was quite helpful and started looking into it, an older CS lady said that £24.97 was correct price as she had been through this with someone else.
The other CS came to look at the SEL but as the stickers on the packs matched the incorrect SEL (and pulling the stickers off just ripped the packet rather than showing the sorrect barcode).
So she tried scanning the £4.97 SEL to see a pic of the product on her screen but it said 'No Image Available'
So I could not prove they were wrong, I tried arguing it but I was not going to get arsey about it and make trouble for myself, so I just took a refund and will try my luck with the next one.
Never mind, but the DTD would have been lovely! :cool:0 -

Got the price checked at a counter first and it scanned £24.97. I brought it upstairs then went to c/s and explained they were £3.97 (there was no sel price on mine - just the £24.97 price). They argued it with me untill I told them to check their computer records or ring h/o. When they checked the system, I saw on the computer myself that it was £3.97. They couldnt argue it. I got my £42!!! :j They went straight up there and removed the labels from the products and took them off the shelf - telling the manager about the 'huge' overprice!!!
Thanks OP
if there was no SEL then really you shouldnt have got the DTD..
your only over charged if you are shown the item price to be lower than what you paid..
if theres no SEL how can you say you thought it was only £3 odd..0 -
SEveral of these at Brent park. SEL 4.97, scans at 24+. C/S went to verify and was gone somewhile, when she returned I was told that the SEL was for a different item. As the packaging and receipt descriptions are hard to reconcile it was unrealistic to argue the case. I think we both knew that this was the case but she had been told to claim otherwise by a manager.0
