    all the shelves were empty in Ipswich yesterday SEL was still there though

    finally checked my local today. was a £24 sel and a big box where it was which looked like may be the actual iterm that shoud be £24

    I omce got a £16 cardigan scanned twice by the sa and csa gave me £32. At that time I didnt really knw about dtd and thought id Christmas had came early lol

    Shelf full of them in my store 'N*wbury' but no SEL for them. There was a £24.95 SEL on their shelf but was for the full set item, not actually for the ones on the shelf.

    Ah well! ;)
  • I got it!!!

    I rang CS today and spoke to a lovely woman, who said yes I was indeed entitled to DTD. A £42 gift card is en route to moi. Happy days!!!
    I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!
  • None in West Durrington, an empty space on the shelf! They had the large packs for 24.99 with a large set above it so that looks correct

  • hi, how did you manage to get dd gift card over phone, i have had a lot of mither with these bakagun toys with tesco, have had very arrogant manager, have spoke to customer services twice who have both told me i am entitled to dd but they have not once offered to send a giftcard for the amount they have told me to go into store and they keep refusing it instore im going round in circles, what did you say to the lady on the phone?:j

    I also wondered how they can give you DTD on the phone, what if you were dishonest and got it from the store as well, notsaying you are obviously
