Do they have a phone number that actually works?

They are not sending out confirmation emails today, I have sent 2 tickets and had no confirmation plus I have requested ticket numbers to be sent to my email for a record of all tickets sent as you cant see previous tickets in your account and they have not sent them.

I requested payment on 28th April it says n/a in date processed is that ok?

They also said they were giving me 450 points as a gesture of good will as they cannot pay me for all the surveys I have done but they didnt even pay me the 450 which is way less than I should have got paid for the surveys
    Thanx

the n/a just means it hasnt been processed as of yet, they will get around to it eventually, the last time i had trouble getting my cheque, they tiold me that they do a payment run on the 24th of each month now,yet this is a lie as im still waiting on my cheque that was processed on the 20th april,im pretty sure it doesnt take 22days just to send a cheque out lol...and yes, there is a phone number that actually works,i shall be using it tomorrow if i dont get any reply from the finance team

pepsimax, I'm in the same situation of waiting for a cheque.
Mine was finally processed on April 20th (over a month from requesting it!)
I looked at the FAQ and it says to allow 21 days for a cheque!
I've had payments from overseas quicker than that!
Once my cheque arrives I'm resigning from the site, they are hopeless in my opinion

I have been using mutual points for a short while but not reached the magic 3000 points yet but slightly worried after reading the posts here!

Are there any sites you would recommend?

I also use slice the pie which but the “withdraw” button does not seem to want to play at the moment.

Sorry for sounding like a Vic Meldrew J

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as, like everyone else, I don’t want to waste time building up credits just to not get the reward!

Thanks in advance for your help

Despite their blog post saying that points for searches were now being added automatically, I've still received nothing for months, and have stopped doing the surveys as I haven't had a single point for them either.

I'll contact them again and hopefully they will add another wave of points for searches on manually - on 2400 points at the moment hopefully will end up over 3000 so I can get a cheque which will be the last before I close my mutualpoints account. Given that there are other far more reliable sites out there, it's not worth the trouble anymore...

I had completed around 10 or 11 of the 75 point surveys without points being added. I emailed twice and they added the points manually.

I'm also thinking of closing my account when I reach 3000, will see how it goes.

I've been waiting since April 20th for mine!
I originally requested it in March but they didn't actually convert the points until April:eek:
My husband has put in for a cheque, let's see how long he has to wait!
