I get emails most days. I went through a long period without, I emailed them and they said one email had bounced so they hadn't sent any more. They then reset my account - so worth emailing them.

That's exactly what happens, if they get a few bounces from your account, they stop sending them till you mention it and they reset the account......it happens to me every month or so

I think it's BT Yahoo at fault though, not MP

I had the same problem and they blamed it on AOL, bit funny thou as both my parents use the same AOL server, mum gets reward mails, dad or I dont.

Finally had my cheque yeaterday, not bad that I ordered it in Feb...... Mums still waiting for hers!!

I have been doing daily clicks and have no points added on since March and that was when I had to have a manual adjustement, the weird thing is on mums account her reward mails add on, but no clicks. I'm sure Mutual Points have a book of excuses to use. x:eek:

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Date requested Apr 10
    Date processed Apr 20 ....

... still no cheque despite emailing then a few weeks back and being told it would arrive next week.

Hm, the old "the cheques in the post" routine, maybe they're about ot go t*** up ?

I have tried to log in this morning but get a message saying my password is incorrect. I know it isn't.

    Is anyone else having problems?

I've just logged in and my points have disappeared. Looks like problems with their website.

Tried again, got in but everything including Buy Central says 'Not Rewarded'. I will try again later in the day!
