    Hi Pepsimax
No its not just you I have had no clicks since Feb, got one set manually adjusted in April and was told that there error on the systems, the emails were crediting but not the shosp,

I had to email, with the dates missing, how many clicks I thoght I was missing, I'm just waiting till end of month as that be fair wack of points I'm owed.

Daily clicks - Price runner or but central (can never remeber which one)

7 points per click, 5 clicks a day 35 points

    10 days - 350
    20days - 700
    30 days 1050

I emailed over a month ago as i've still had no points for surveys and no points for surveys since March. When I emailed i've also stopped doing searches as its clearly a waste of time.

To date I've had nothing back. I'm on 2,600 so just want the missing points credited so I can get over 3,000, get my cheque and give up on mutualpoints for good...

I have had no points since March............. the most annoying bit is mum and a friend of mine they get the reward emails and get the points credited to the account but not for the daily clicks.

I'm emailing them again 2mor....... hope get the points as it will be close to £40 if they credited it properly xx

I sent an email about my points for the surveys not beening added and it would take me over the 3000 points, Today they credited my account and I have requested my first cheque. It would be a good idea to keep all the survey emails that you complete so that you can tell them how many they possibly owe you, as they not have a comprehensive points database like toluna its hard to know whats been credited or not.

3000 points =£20 thats 40 75point weekend surveys, so you are looking at about 1 year or less to reach 3000 points (based on 5 point email per day and 1 75point survey each week +the odd multiple surveys on a weekend)

I had a reply from mutual points, apparently no points had been credited since Jan, I dont do the 75point surveys, just daily clicks, but with the credit I have ordered a £35 cheque, just have to wait and see how long that takes x

As a shareholder in Progressive Digital Media PLC (The new name for the parent company changed from TMN Group PLC which used to be themutal.net PLC) I would say its always worth signing up.

    :o
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Sign up if you have the time to self assess your points so that you can complain when 6 months down the line your still on 100 points when you have clicked 500 emails and done 20 75point surveys
