ive had some bad experiences with them, when i redeemed my pints they took about 3 months to send the cheque, also their tracking is really bad and rewards are quite low, the cashback sites offer a much better rate ie: quidco, topcashback

I have been checking my balance for the reward mails I still click on with mutual points and its become clear they are not adding these points to my balance.

They get more and more crafty, and are probably hoping that we will continue and not notice that our points arent going up. I stopped using the site after the fiasco it took to get my payment from them and losing lots in surveys they never paid me for but continued to click on the reward mails.

If anyone else is doing the same and just clicking the emails please check your balance is actually going up regularly as there is no doubt you will not be able to claim these back. Also don't forget to log in to your account just so they can't say you havent logged in and delete your account until you have enough to cash out

hi everyone, ive used this site for a year or 2 now but have recently had a problem getting my cheque proccessed, i ordered this mod october & theres still no sign of it being processed - has anyone else had this prbolem & what was the outcome?

just mail them about it, they reply pretty quickly.
