I've often filled lenghty "new vista" surveys just to be told at the end that "I've failed the quality control". This feels like a scam to me, i.e. putting time & effort and not getting rewarded for it. How can they get away with this?!
I'm not going to do any more "new vista" surveys......

i think they match your answers tot eh first few and last few questions to previous answers at your postcode...when ive answered differently, such as saying im closer to a differnt town accidentally once at end or not read question proper and answered 1 instea dof 0 for kids for example, i have failed the qwuality control of that survey....but on the two cash back sites i do new vista on they ahve accepted, tracked and been validated. also they change the yes/no buttons for have you answered correctly, i once failed the quality control when i said no to that assuming the yes was in the smae place as it had been on previous same survey on differnt site about 20mins before hand.

i think the site has gone broke, ive been waiting since the beginning of novemeber for just a £20 cheque,i have emailed them and they dont reply, they simply just close the ticket....dont use this site as its pure crap in my opinion,go to a decent cashback site like quidco or topcashback.....martin lewis needs to warn people that this company doesnt give customers its cashback in the alotted 21days that they say...mutual points ha one big joke

TBH this can happen with any cashback site I have had to fight for cashbacks for transactions that have not tracked. Lots loads with thousands of pounds of purchases through Littlewoods.

The Mutual is part of Progressive Digital Media Group, recently taken over (or 78% of it) by a very rich person who has plans to develop it into a very big digital media company.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

No cheque here yet. I sent an email several weeks ago and they said they were experiencing technical difficulties.

I will also email them again, their cheques are usually sent quite promptly.
