Mutual Points used to be really good. Hardly anything tracks I don't do the 75 pt surveys because of the tracking. They gave a deadline for replies to the payment option so they should have stuck to it, if people haven't replied then thats there problem why should those that did have to wait.
I have never bothered with the surveys either, I do enough of them on other sites. As for shopping there are other sites that give much more cashback than Mutual.
I just click the emails & sometimes do some daily clicks (like buycentral). Won't get rich on it but I just let it slowly mount up & it's a bonus if I can get a cheque for £20 at the end of the year.
In the past they have sent them quite quickly, this is the first time I have had a problem with getting a cheque from them. Hopefully they will sort it out eventually.0 -
The surveys are useless... most of the time too long for the tiny points offered and after you've done 80% of the survey..they say you do not qualify for the survey..loads of rubbish..I don't do the surveys..
Howerver I am waiting for 2 cheques.. Its been over 2 months. I can reasonably guess it's not a payment fault other than the fact they have no money!0 -
you can try calling them,i have tried today,but just get an engaged tone..then it is sunday,but yea...for all who want to call them and give them grief like i intend on doing...the number is...020 7440 93100

I just checked my account again there is now showing a date processed for my cheque, just said n/a before so fingers crossed it's on it's way or will be soon.0

Don't get too excited as my payment is shown as processed on 18 January just before the e-mail about the option of an Amazon voucher on the 22nd. But I have still not seen sight of either the Amazon voucher or cheque yet. :mad:0 -

Me too, this is the reply I got today when I emailed asking where the cheque is that was processed on the 18th

Got the same email from them today:(0 -
I had a probelm with them in September and I was told that they only process the cheques on one day a month.
I requested mine on the 12th December and it is showing Processed @ 18th Jan....got the email got the 300 points but no chq.
It don't look good.0
