Here is the email I just received

    Dear Member,

We apologize for further delay in cheque. Also note we are moving towards resolving the issues we've been experiencing and we expect the cheques and normal service to resume in the next few weeks.
Please note after discussions about an alternative way of payment, we will be opening a PayPal account to send payment to members PayPal accounts online and the facility to select this will be on the website soon.
Also we can arrange the payment by bank transfer if you wish. All you need to do is send an email to @@@@@@@@@ with the bank details to make the transfer and we will ensure that our finance department is informed and payment is made.

Thanks, I got the same email a couple of weeks ago, still waiting but at least it looks like they are trying to sort it out. Must have been a major problem to take this long to put right (about 3 monts so far):D

Something is not right..by the time you email them with your bank details & get their finance department to action this they could have written a cheque and post it:mad:
  • Hi all. Im now waiting for one cheque from December 5th and another from Jan 10th total £75 not to be sniffed at. (i did a lot of ebay shopping this year for Christmas) Ive emailed and got the response you lot have had without the note about bank details though. Must admit cant see the harm in emailing a sort code and account number as if you ever send anyone a cheque thoose details are there for all to see anyway and its not like giving credit card details. Even thought about using an old Building Society book i have for thoose bank details as Building Societies only allow money in without the pass book presant anyway no one can exactly set up a direct debit out of your account.
Anyway im more concerned with the liquidity of the business. At the end of the day they are being paid advertising revenue to be able to pay us to spend with the promoters. If the big boys like ITV e.t.c can loose billions during last years recession from advertising revenue who is to say this lot are not on the brink and just stalling in the hope of taking in fees but not paying out comission. Im considering taking things one step further but having problems finding a trading address to write to and make a final demand.

Topcashback.co.uk are good for cashback from ebay or even Rpoints.com as I would imagine other cashback sites are as well, don't find Mutual Points give very good rates of cashback on shopping, I just go for the free points from them and shop mostly on Topcashback.
  • This morning have received this...

    Apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please note we have resolved our payment systems and we will be
sending out the cheques very soon. Please bear with us whilst we
prepare the cheques to be sent and you will receive your redemption
    soon.

Wonder what their definition of "soon" is, Christmas
