I am still getting points for Buy Central ok.
Don't do Price Runner on Mutual Points as I do that one on another site as it pays out better on there.

Still waiting for me cheque from Mutual (They used to send them pretty quickly, must have a major problem to take this long to sort it out).

Sent an email early hours this morning to try & find out what is happening with regard to cheque's we are waiting for.
Was pretty impressed with customer service as I had reply at 10.30am this morning.
For others waiting for cheques this was the reply.....

Dear Member

We apologize for further delay in cheque.Also note we are moving
towards resolving the issues we've been experiencing and we expect the
cheques and normal service to resume in the next few weeks.
Please note after discussions about an alternative way of payment, we
will be opening a PayPal account to send payment to members PayPal
accounts online and the facility to select this will be on the website
soon.
Also we can arrange the payment by bank transfer if you wish. All you
need to do is send an email to xxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx with
the bank details to make the transfer and we will ensure that our
finance department is informed and payment is made.

I have posted this for information only & update on situation, I have blanked out email address for following reason. ....

Personally I would not consider sending bank details in an email (not secure) and I wouldn't advise anyone to do this!! so I will carry on waiting for the cheque.

I know compared to the lack of cheques being forthcoming but have they been sending out emails lately? I don't seem to have received any for an absolute age so changed my email address but still nothing....

I am still getting them, about 3 a day.
Have you checked in your account that you are still opted in to get them.

Happened to me once, a couple of years ago, they just stopped. I changed my options to just 1 a week then back again to 3 a day and they started up again....no idea why this worked but it did.:cool:

I had that problem a while ago and I emailed them. They said one email they sent me bounced so they didn't send anymore. They reset my account when I told them and then I started getting emails again.

I had that problem some time back I went into my account reset them to not receive then set them to receive and it seemed to work.
