Just received my £20 Amazon voucher (by email).

Requested payment about 3 months ago!

    Good luck
  • My £20 Amazon voucher also arrived by email this morning. Amazon accepted it ok.
Original cheque was requested in November.

The email was headed "MutualPoints sent you an Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate!", so don't delete it!
  • Finally got mine voucher aswell. :j

I think thats it for me on mutual points, very poor tracking and customer service,

I've been a member for aobut 4 years and never had the problems of late.

The problems of late may be down to the integration of two systems as TMN Group (The Mutual Network Group) was taken over in a reverse takeover which formed the Progressive Digital Media Group and they have been recently sorting out the systems according to an RNS (Regulatory News Service) notice to the stock market. The company is now 85% owned by a very wealthy individual.

I, like many on here, am a share holder.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

My e-mail arrived yesterday with the Amazon code which went through fine.

I shall stay with them and see how things develop especially as I received a total of 600 points because of the delay in payment - 300 points initially when I e-mailed about nonreceipt & then the further 300 points just recently.
  • How complicated must it be to write a cheque & post it?
