Has these guys gone bust?
I requested a £20 reward cheque last mid november but I received nothing. I queried this with them and a I got a response to say 'we have recently been experiencing some technical difficulties and will be sending out the cheques very soon.' The cheque did not turn up.
I queried this again this year and i got a response ' We have experienced some administrative issues with our payment system last month which have now been resolved. Normal service is expected shortly'
I think from now I will stick with Ipoints which is far much better except that they don't do cheque!0 -
Well I think they're still alive but not exactly kicking. Had to send a query and got a response of sorts so I take it they're still operating.It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

I emailed them yesterday to ask where my cheque is. This was the reply
Apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please note the cheques will be sent in the next couple of weeks and
also we have allocated these 300 points to your account manually for
the inconvenience caused
The 300 points are already on my account, so hopefully what they said about the cheque will also be true. I have always found them reliable in the past.0 -

atlast the cheque i ordered back in october has been processed, fingers crossed in arrives in the post over the next few weeks...0

Got a processed date against the payment I requested in December, so hopefully the cheque will arrive in due course and I am already half way to my next £20.0

I had an e-mail yesterday saying that they have had a problem with the payment system (why not tell us that before!) but it is now sorted. They expect to start sending out cheques again but looks as though this is not going to happen very quickly as they are asking if anyone would rather have an Amazon voucher.
Check your e-mails because if you want an Amazon voucher you need to e-mail them to request it.
If you want the cheque I suggest you might be waiting a few more weeks.0
