I have been using Mutual Points for more than a year now and some months ago, I think it was November last year, I noticed the points added to my account bore no ressemblance to my activity. For example recently over a period of about 10 weeks I had record of having earned 877 points but my account had been credited with only 253. So over 600 points owed!!!

It emailed them and got the points added on this occasion but I have had problems with them over this issue. To be frank I'm trying to reach the 3000 points minimum to claim a £20 Amazon voucher then I off like a shot.

I'm concerned now reading these posts about people waiting for payment. They obviously have lost a plot!!!

Hubby logged on to his account and his points have been converted!
Why did it take nearly a month for mine and only 3 days for his?
    (rhetorical question BTW!)
Still, doesn't mean to say that the cheque will get here any time soon!
After all, it's only been 2 months for me since i first redeemed my points and a month since they said my cheque has been processed:p

I'm getting fed up of these cashback sites. Mutual points owe me points for surveys and a purchase from Dixons and Pigsback owe me points for a John Lewis purchase. I know i'm going to struggle to get the points from both organisations...

I gave up with mutualpoints a long time ago just for the same reasons, free points were never coming, purchase points were then cancelled, you had to chase everything and get fobbed off everytime...

bit longer than the 21 days they said!
What makes me more peeved or laugh depends on how you look at it, hubbies turned up today as well and he only claimed his last month!
Hopefully all others waiting for their cheques will get them soon.
